Rajamayu Interiors is an interior design and build studio based in Osman Nagar, Hyderabad, Telangana, operating across Hyderabad. This policy explains what personal information we collect through rajamayuinteriors.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

2. What we collect
Information you give us
When you fill in an enquiry form on this site, we collect:
- Your name and phone number
- Your property type and locality, where you provide them
- Any message or project details you choose to include
If you contact us by WhatsApp, email or phone, we hold the contents of that conversation, along with any photographs of your home you send us.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we collect basic technical information through analytics: pages viewed, approximate location at city level, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. This is used in aggregate to understand which pages are useful.
We do not collect payment information through this website. We do not ask for identity documents, and you should not send them to us.
3. Why we use it
- To call or message you back about your enquiry
- To prepare a design proposal and quotation for your home
- To keep a record of our conversations with you during a project
- To understand which parts of our website and advertising are working
We do not sell your information to anyone, and we do not share it with other businesses for their own marketing.
4. Where your information is stored
Enquiries submitted through this website are recorded in a spreadsheet held in Google Workspace, and a notification is sent to us on WhatsApp. That means the following service providers process your information on our behalf:
- Google — for storing enquiries and for website analytics
- Meta — where you contact us on WhatsApp, or where a notification about your enquiry is sent to us on WhatsApp
- Hostinger — our website hosting provider
These providers may store data on servers outside India. Each operates under its own privacy terms.
5. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond to you and, where a project goes ahead, for the duration of that project and a reasonable period afterwards for warranty and reference purposes. If you ask us to delete your information and we are not required to keep it, we will.
To confirm before publishing: state a specific retention period here — for example, enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after 24 months.
6. Cookies and analytics
This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it, and may use Google Ads tags to measure whether our advertising is working. These set cookies in your browser. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; the site will still work, though our analytics will not count your visit.
We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles about you beyond measuring our own campaigns.
7. Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct anything inaccurate or incomplete
- Ask us to delete your information, where we are not required to keep it
- Withdraw consent you previously gave us
- Raise a grievance if you are unhappy with how we have handled your information

8. Grievances
If you have a complaint about how your personal information has been handled, contact us in writing at srinivas.rentala@rajamayuinteriors.com, marked for the attention of the grievance officer. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India.
To confirm before publishing: name the grievance officer — for a business of this size that will normally be Srinivas Rentala — and give a direct contact for that role.
9. Children
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our business or our tools change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
