Established, well connected, mostly refits
Miyapur has been a residential hub far longer than the corridors west of it. Most of what we are asked about here is a refit rather than a first fit-out.
Miyapur grew early and grew densely. The metro made it more connected than most of the western corridor, and a lot of the housing predates the gated-community boom entirely.
That makes refits the common job. Kitchens built in place rather than fitted, wardrobes carpentered on site by whoever the first owner used, and electrical positions that assume a furniture layout nobody uses now. Civil-built kitchens in particular need the counter and masonry removed before new units go in, which adds time and cost — we price that separately so the full picture is transparent from the start.
For independent houses there is more scope than most owners expect: staircase treatments, storage built into dead space under stairs, and double-height walls that a flat could never carry.
Three things we commit to on every project, whatever its size.
Especially on older homes. What is behind the existing joinery decides the price.
Removing a built-in kitchen is a real cost. We show it as its own line, so nothing arrives as a surprise.
In-house joinery, assembled in your home.
Complete homes, or a single room if that is where you want to start.

Replacing a civil-built or first-generation modular kitchen around fixed services.

New shutters and internals on a sound carcass, or a full rebuild where that is the honest answer.
Yes, and it is common here. The counter and masonry come out first, which adds time and cost — we price that as its own line.
Often, if the carcass and civil work are sound. We tell you at the site visit which parts are worth keeping.
Yes, and they usually allow more — staircases, under-stair storage and double-height walls.
About thirty minutes from Osman Nagar. Site visits are straightforward.
