Renovation and refit
Kondapur has some of the oldest stock in the west corridor alongside new towers. More of our enquiries here are renovations than fresh handovers — and an older flat needs a different approach.
Kondapur is one of the established residential pockets of west Hyderabad, which makes the work here different from the newer corridors. Flats range from buildings more than a decade old to recent handovers, so the starting point varies enormously from one enquiry to the next.
In older homes we are usually working around existing civil work — a kitchen that was built in place rather than fitted, wardrobes carpentered on site by whoever the first owner used, plumbing and electrical positions that cannot move without breaking tiles. That changes the sequence of the job and it changes the quote, which is why every renovation quote follows a site visit — so the figure you get is one we can stand behind.
We take on renovations in vacant flats — between tenants, after possession, or while the family is staying elsewhere. Joinery is built off site and assembled on location, so the work runs faster and finishes cleaner than it would around furniture.
If your flat is more than ten years old, the honest first step is a site visit. What is worth keeping, what is worth replacing, and what is hiding behind a panel are not judgements anyone can make from photographs.
Three things we commit to on every project, whatever its size.
Every renovation quote follows a site visit. We check what is behind the existing joinery and quote against what is actually there.
Joinery is made in our workshop and assembled in your flat, so a room comes back into use in days rather than weeks.
You see what each element costs, so you can drop or defer a piece of work without renegotiating the whole project.
Complete homes, or a single room if that is where you want to start.

Replacing a civil-built or first-generation modular kitchen. We work around fixed plumbing and gas positions, and rebuild the storage to modern internals.

Older wardrobes are often sound in the carcass and dated only in the shutters and internals. Where that is the case we will tell you, rather than selling you a full replacement.
No. We take on vacant flats only — between tenants, after possession, or while you are staying elsewhere. It keeps the work clean and the schedule predictable.
Yes, and it is common in Kondapur. Civil-built kitchens need the counter and masonry removed before new units go in, which adds time and cost. We price that separately so you can see it.
Sometimes. If the carcass and civil work are sound, refinishing costs far less than replacement. We tell you at the site visit which parts are worth keeping.
Most joinery is built off site, so on-site work is assembly. A single room is typically back in use within days; a full flat runs six to ten weeks.
Yes, though it affects the schedule. We plan material sizes and delivery timing around the access at the site visit.
